Cancellation Policy for Existing Bookings Made
The below policy is applicable for direct online booking applications at this page or for direct bookings through email or telephone:

If the booking is canceled 30 or more days before arrival, then a charge equal to 50% of the stay will be made.

If the booking is canceled less than 30 days before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made.

In case of no show or departure prior to the agreed date of departure 100% of the total booking amount is charged.

The reservation is valid until 19:00 on the day of arrival unless the customer has given other information.

Refunds minus bank transfer costs will be provided within 30 days of cancellation.
COVID Cancellation Policy for All Bookings Made
The regulations below are in line with rules issued by the European Commission and the Greek government.

In case authorities before the arrival date have issued travel restrictions for reaching Paros island, or the client cannot depart from a risk zone due to lockdowns, closing of borders, or flight cancellation, then the following rules apply:
In case of cancelation for corona reason, the cancelation reason must be substantiated with supporting documents (i.e. a positive PCR test). Also, please do keep in mind:

Consumers can change/postpone their vacation date due to sickness, as long as their vacation date remains in the season of 2022 or 2023, without the extra charge, and by only paying the difference in the accommodation fees. That is, if there is any difference and subject to date availability.

Consumers can be offered vouchers, which are fully refundable at the end of the 18 months validity period.

Reimbursement of booking costs already paid.
